    $48 Filippo Filippi was the first growner in Soave zone to be certified organic in 2007. He is also holding biodynamic certification from Demetar. Golden yellow colour. Bouquet of mature apples and little notes of apricot. Characterized by soils of a black volcanic stone this soave have unique deep minerality. Very grapey:)

On nose fruity aromas of blackberries, grassy references of fern and an intriguing touch of white pepper. 24 months in French oak barrels. At a sip is austere and powerful, with dense tannin structure that is superbly supported by freshness.
